Integration
for Bronze, Silver, and Gold subscription plans: We are happy to announce that we now provide WBudget / Chat GPT-4.0 integration for Bronze, Silver, and Gold plan subscribers for free. This integration grants users access to the advanced natural language processing technology of GPT-4.0 for content generation for Items and Notes. As part of this update, users of these plans will be able to perform up to 5,000 monthly tokens*. To utilize the functionality, simply click on the icon
from the item or note creation screen to access the integration prompt and generate the desired content.
*ChatGPT tokens note: Typically, in languages like English and Portuguese, 1000 tokens correspond on average to a range of 200 to 500 words. In the given example, the note description text generated 978 characters, totaling 235 tokens. If the user makes a request and reaches the token limit, the system will automatically issue a warning message.
- Display of Payment Methods per Item: An option has been added to display the registered payment methods in a proposal, itemized for each individual item. This functionality is available in the settings of the Items List block (proposal editing screen). Now, it's possible to show individualized payment options for each item registered and included in an issued proposal.
- Approval Date and Payment Date are now editable: An option has been included to rectify or change approval and payment dates for proposals that, due to any eventuality, are finalized. To access this functionality, click on the "other information" option in the utilities tab of the proposal creation/editing screen.
- Quick Shortcuts in Sales Funnels: Shortcut included to quickly access the settings of a funnel in WBudget. Simply click on the gear-shaped icon in the top right corner of the funnel screen. And, when clicking on a client's name on an opportunity/proposal card, the client selection screen opens, allowing changes and adjustments.

Version 2.0: Improvements & New Features
In its new version, the WBudget system has evolved to incorporate features of a complete CRM. Now, the system offers the ability to configure multiple sales funnels, allowing for detailed tracking of the entire customer journey. This is possible through opportunity and proposal cards that incorporate advanced features such as activity history, observation logging, tags, tasks, among other essential functionalities. Below, we present details on the main additions to WBudget:
- Multiple Sales Funnels: The system now provides greater flexibility, allowing for the creation of customizable funnels for specific needs of different products, services, or customer segments.
When creating stages, it's possible to define two types: Opportunity and Proposal. In the Opportunity type, the user can specify information related to the customer, items, and commercial tasks to be performed. When the Opportunity card is moved to a stage designated as Proposal, the functionalities for generating commercial proposals become available for the designated negotiation phase.
- TAGS (or labels): The system features configurable tags for funnel stages, facilitating the organization and identification of opportunities, proposals, and clients. Tags can be quickly added and customized later, according to specific process needs.
- Status History: As opportunities/proposals are moved between different statuses, the system records the history of changes, providing a chronological view of the stages in the life cycle of these opportunities. This functionality aims to offer a comprehensive view of progress in negotiations, as well as provide control over multi-user activities.
- Content Generation via ChatGPT (exclusive Diamond Plan feature): Through a quick action button on the item description and proposal note editing screens, it's possible to automatically generate item description content and personalized texts for commercial proposal notes.
Monthly limit included in the Diamond plan: 50,000 (fifty thousand) tokens. If additional tokens are needed, it's possible to purchase them by contacting our customer service team.
- Main Menu Update: User account settings and WBudget preferences options have been integrated into the main menu, under the System and Settings sections. The new functionality of management through multiple sales funnels (opportunities and proposals) is now available under the Opportunities option.
- Integrated WhatsApp Support (Beta Phase Feature): Available only to invited clients, this new tool offers the ability to communicate directly within the WBudget platform with clients through WhatsApp.
